    are owned by Trufelo Studio.

    You retain ownership of your data. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Modify or discontinue features

    • Update or enhance AI capabilities

    • Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance

    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim
